Extraction speed increases by reducing the intake surface (Venturi effect); the central panel slows the air flow, enhancing quietness.
Barazza hoods have a flow rate of 800/1000 m³/h, which allows for optimal extraction of cooking fumes.
When activated, the hood switches on automatically for 10 minutes every hour at a medium speed to ensure constant air renewal.
The remote control supplied with Lab Evolution, B_Draft and B_Ambient hoods allows users to activate the LED light and select the desired speed.
